The journey begins by seeing how fear quietly shapes our choices. The catalyst is your Personal Narrative, the story you tell yourself about the future. Is it mostly threat, or mostly opportunity? And what is your call to action to others?

In this pillar you learn to recognize the narrative running beneath your decisions and gain practical tools to evolve it. This way, the story you’re developing is the one you’re consciously writing. The same tools shape institutional, community, and movement narratives that move groups, not just individuals.

You leave with: new clarity on the narrative shaping your life and how to intentionally evolve it.

 This second stage draws out the Passion of the Explorer — a specific kind of passion that researchers find in people and teams who improve dramatically over time. It’s a deep, sustained drive toward having more impact in something that genuinely matters to you, an appetite for unexpected challenges, and an instinct to reach out to others for help along the way.

This is the fuel. Once you find it, fear of the unknown starts to feel less like a wall and more like the edge of something worth exploring.

You leave with: recognition of the passion that energizes you and how it can fuel your focus and commitment to action and real impact.

The third – and never-ending – stage of the journey unleashes the power of platforms to accelerate learning. In a rapidly changing world, acquiring knowledge is important, but creating new knowledge is even more important.

We bring people together into small Impact Groups of 3-15 people who develop deep, trust-based relationships with each other and who are driven to act and learn together through the impact they achieve. 

The Center’s learning platform supports these Impact Groups and connects them into wider networks so that they can accelerate and scale their learning, action, and impact well beyond what anyone could do alone.
