Whether driven by AI transformation or geopolitical disruption, uncertainty is increasing. How do we position ourselves for success in disruptive times? As leaders, what do our teams need today to achieve their potential?
What we need are proven practices for turning fear and uncertainty into excitement, connection, and accelerated learning in order to achieve success.
How do we position ourselves for success in disruptive times? How do we recognize the power of emotion in combination with skills and intellect?
We live in cultures where expressing fear is treated as a sign of weakness. Fear of uncertainty can surface in the form of frustration, objection and rigidity.
Fear shortens your time horizon. It makes you more cautious, less inclined to trust other people, and more convinced you have to handle big challenges on your own.
You will have practical exercises and time to talk with John directly and with other participants.
One hour, live, with John Hagel. $60, applied to your first full program.
John Hagel introduces the Three Pillars, the framework he has built over four decades of work with leaders and organizations. There are exercises. There is time to talk with John directly, and with the other people in the room.
The story you tell yourself about the future. Is it mostly threat, or mostly opportunity? And how can you communicate an exciting opportunity that will attract others to help you achieve it?
A specific kind of passion that researchers find in people and teams who can sustain extreme performance improvement. It combines a sustained drive toward more impact in something that genuinely matters to you, an appetite for unexpected challenges, and an instinct to reach out to others for help.
How do we accelerate learning for ourselves and our teams in a changing world? An impact group is a trust-based group of 3-15 people who are driven to act and learn toward achieving an important outcome. Within a group, each person learns at a far more rapid pace than alone. When these groups connect into networks, learning can spread exponentially.
Three one-hour sessions, each tailored for a different context. All three are live, interactive and priced at $60, credited to your first full program.
