With the rapid pace of change today, we all need to adopt new approaches and tap more deeply into our own inner resources to achieve what we desire. Whether this means staying competitive in your current industry, seeking out a new life path, or launching a community initiative.
John Hagel will be your guide on the journey from what is holding you back to finding your focus and energy, connecting with others and taking action toward meaningful impact. During these live, interactive sessions, John walks you through his Three Pillars step-by-step, with a group limited to 30 individuals to ensure a quality experience.

John Hagel this September.
Each program runs as three live, interactive two-hour sessions across roughly two weeks.
INCLUDED WITH EVERY PROGRAM
The four run in sequence and build on each other. Pillar 1 gets two programs because the personal narrative work has two distinct halves, seeing the narrative you are in and then evolving it.
Three 2-hour live online sessions
The journey begins by discovering how fear of the future holds us back. Exploring our Personal Narratives.
This first step of the Opportunity Narratives Series helps us uncover our internal messaging. Do we view the future as primarily threat or opportunity?
When we ponder our aspirations, what do we tend to tell ourselves? Is our internal messaging empowering, or does it hold us back from taking action?
In this engaging and interactive 3-day online program, John Hagel will walk us through his proven concepts and exercises to help reveal internal narratives we may not have recognized before. Through discussion, small-group exercises and individual work, we will gain new understanding for the narratives shaping our lives.

After discovering the narratives that shape our lives in Part 1 of the Opportunity Narratives Series, this program introduces the tools for actively evolving our Personal Narratives.
How do we wish to shape the messaging in our minds about our agency and possible futures? What is our call to action to others for addressing our desired future? Institutional, geographical and movement narratives can also be powerful catalysts to help us evolve our emotions and empower our actions that follow.
John Hagel will introduce proven tools and exercises in this engaging online program. Through discussion, small-group exercises and individual work, we will learn new methods for evolving our inner narratives into inspiring calls to action to ourselves and others.

Uncover the Passion of the Explorer that is within all of us. This is John Hagel's term for the very specific form of passion that generates deep excitement about opportunities in the future.
Based on his research, all environments of sustained extreme performance improvement reflected the Passion of the Explorer.
This engaging program with John Hagel helps draw out what activities and topics fuel our energy and focus for taking action toward concrete impact in our lives, work and communities. In a rapidly changing world, acquiring knowledge is important, but creating new knowledge is even more important.
This third stage of the journey goes into depth on Pillar 3, unleashing the Power of Platforms to accelerate learning to drive action and impact.
This program builds on Pillars 1 & 2, to apply those prior learnings to initiating meaningful change.
John Hagel will discuss the power of Impact Groups, groups of 3-15 people who develop deep, trust-based relationships around a shared goal and who are driven to act and learn together in their pursuit of increasing their impact in a specific domain.
The process of taking action together and applying what they learn to each additional action while encouraging each other to achieve more with each step accelerates learning for everyone at a far faster rate than anyone could attain on their own.
When these groups connect into larger networks of other groups, learning becomes exponential.
Across three sessions you will:
ALL FOUR PROGRAMS
The programs suit people who are ready for hands-on learning and action. Everyone arrives with their own situation, and the practices can be applied to real world experiences. This will not be a lecture.
Participants come from corporate leadership, career transitions, team leadership, and social movements.

Following on his insightful concepts of 'Power of Pull' and 'Edge Perspectives,' John Hagel once again provides 'revelational' inspiration through his 'Personal Narrative' exercises.

Each program stands on its own, and you can start with any of them. The two Personal Narrative programs are the exception. The second builds directly on the first, so we recommend taking them in order. If you are doing all four, the sequence listed is the intended path.
