CANCELLATION OF THE JOURNEY BEYOND FEAR RETREAT

Registration is Non-Refundable

Due to the short registration period for this event and to the significant financial commitments made on your behalf to secure the exclusive venue, facilitators, accommodations, and program resources, all retreat bookings are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows or early departures.

Transfer of Registration

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your reservation to another adult individual up to 7 days prior to the retreat start date. Transfers must be submitted in writing with the full name and contact details of the new attendee. Transfers are subject to availability and approval by the retreat organizers. After this deadline, no transfers will be accepted.

Cancellation by Organizer

In the event the retreat is canceled by the organizers, all paid amounts will be refunded in full within 30 business days. The organizers are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants such as travel or accommodation.

Force Majeure

If the retreat cannot proceed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the The Center for Growth, Inc., John Hagel III, Canyon Ranch Woodside ("The Organizers") the organizers reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the retreat with a credit toward a future event.

No damages shall be due for a failure of performance occurring due to Acts of God, war, terrorist act, government regulation, riots, disaster, or strikes, any one of which make performance impossible. The Organizers (The Center for Growth, Inc., John Hagel III, Canyon Ranch Woodside) shall have no liability for power disruptions of any kind.

In the event there is a Centers for Disease Control Level 3 Travel Advisory or other Federal, State or Local government recommendation against non-essential travel to Woodside, California or in the event that there are government issued restrictions on event size or operations of Canyon Ranch Woodside that will be in effect over the scheduled event dates that would prevent the event from going forward as contracted, any Retreat Registration Fees held by the Organizers will be retained by the Organizers and applied as a credit to a rebooked Retreat held by The Center for Growth, Inc. no later than one year from original

Event date (the “Rebooked Event”). The Rebooked Event will be booked based on availability.
